Free CME/CEU-Accredited Training for Healthcare Professionals

Serving Those Who Have Served:
Practical Approaches to Addressing the Invisible Wounds of War in Post-9/11 Service Members and Veterans


Designed for nurses and allied health professionals in Mass., this series of free, online, on-demand, CME/CEU-accredited trainings is designed to help healthcare professionals identify, care and refer returning veterans and military families affected by the invisible wounds of war. The series of five trainings range from 30-45 minutes, featuring firsthand accounts from Veterans and recommended resources. Topics include:

  • PTSD
  • traumatic brain injury
  • substance abuse
  • identifying suicide risk, and
  • understanding how military culture impacts care.
