- Staffs safety concerns.
Protect the nurse/clinician relationship with patients and families through promotion of customer service, patient and family centered care, and safety initiatives.
- Provide feedback to Quality and Safety on such initiatives as Universal Protocol.
- Participated on a demonstration and gave feedback on issues concerning accessing TROVE.
- Identified concern with adequate shelter, in inclement weather, for patients being dropped off or picked up at the hospital.
- Identified opportunities in process and communication between units to ensure the timely transfer of patients to the general care units.
- Provided feedback to nutritional services on patients response to new menu and identified opportunities to improve satisfaction.

- Communicated staffs questions on a variety of concerns including JCAHO, holiday scheduling and commuter issues.
- Provided colleagues input in response to the Staff Perception Survey results.
Address concerns regarding use of cell phones; including camera function on units.
Continue to provide System Improvement with feedback regarding noise control initiative.
Identified and promoted ways which nurses can promote a quiet, restful environment for patients.
