Current work:

  • Champions read and discussed articles focusing on end of life decision making. The articles generated the committee champions to discuss- how we help patients with end of life decisions- Team approach? The language used during the discussion is a learned skill that allows one to be sensitive and honest. How can we help this process? Possibly get involved with developing questions regarding End of Life decisions that all patients are asked (maybe updated annually via PCP)?
