The Norman Knight Nursing Center for Clinical & Professional Development offers multiple opportunities for staff to attain and maintain competency in patient-family centered care. Among them are:

American Heart Association™ training programs.

"Happenings" with the Knight Center

These are focused on unit monthly presentations to staff on essential, Just-in-Time education regarding practice, policy or procedures.. These sessions generally run 30 to 40 minutes and can be scheduled by the nursing director or CNS.
