About Operational Initiatives

The concept of nursing research operations groups was established in 2004 to implement specific aspects now house within the Yvonne L. Munn Center for Nursing Research.  Each initiative is led by a nurse dyad, including clinical nurse specialists and doctorally-prepared nurses, working in partnership to achieve program goals.  This leadership model allows internal talent to advance MGH research agendas, mentor novice researchers, and establish a viable option for accomplishing new work.
