Patient Care Services Management Systems and Financial Performance
Patient Care Services (PCS) Patient Care Services Management Systems and Financial Performance is responsible for the review, analysis and evaluation of management systems and programs within Patient Care Services. The department provides support to the leadership of nursing departments, the clinical therapies and social services to assure effective and optimum utilization of personnel, fiscal and material resources.

MGH Retail Shops
The MGH Retail Shops, operated by the Ladies Visiting Committee, exist for the convenience of our patients, families and staff. Our goal is to provide a welcoming and easy retail option for our customers. All proceeds from the shops support hospital projects and programs.
Office of Patient Advocacy
The Office of Patient Advocacy (OPA) is responsible for managing the hospital's patient commendation and complaint process. Patient Advocates serve as liaisons between patients and the hospital.

Patient Care Services Informatics (PCSI) is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating clinical and administrative information tools and systems. The department serves as a liaison between Patient Care Services and Partners Information Systems.

Patient Care Services (PCS) Office of Quality & Safety embraces the MGH vision of “leading the nation in quality and safety”. The PCS Office of Quality & Safety is responsible for developing, implementing and supporting strategies for improving health care quality.
