Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Group for Bulimia Nervosa

This 10-week skills-based outpatient therapy group is ideal for men and women aged 18 and older who are seeking therapy and peer support to reduce bingeing and purging behaviors. Based on the latest findings in eating disorder treatment research, key components include cultivating motivation for change, identifying binge triggers, establishing a regular eating pattern, enhancing body image, and preventing relapse.

Group Therapist:  Rachel Liebman, PhD.
Location: 2 Longfellow Place, Suite 200
Time
: Tuesday evenings, 5:15-6:30 PM
Dates: 10-week sessions run every fall
Payment: Most major insurance products accepted

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Group for Bulimia Nervosa
