The Substance Use Disorders (SUDs) initiative at Massachusetts General Hospital is a hospital-wide program designed to transform care for the chronic disease of substance use disorder in order to improve the quality, accessibility, clinical outcomes and value of treatment for our patients suffering with this illness.
Consult Team (ACT)
The Addiction Consult Team (ACT) is a multidisciplinary service that provides expert consultation and treatment recommendations for patients with substance use disorders (SUDs) on Mass General’s inpatient units.
The HOPE Clinic is a team of physicians, social
workers, nurses, recovery coaches, and coordinators
who provide high-quality, coordinated care for
pregnant and parenting women and their families
to maximize their ability to successfully navigate
pregnancy, early parenting, and substance use recovery.
